Muddy Bites: Confectionery Snacks
Muddy Bites is reimagining the confection aisle with a novel, bite-sized, chocolate-filled waffle cone that transforms the best part of the sundae cone into a snackable treat. Muddy Bites’ success in retailers like Whole Foods, 7-Eleven, Target, Walmart, and Costco demonstrates the brand’s broad appeal in the marketplace, with ample room to grow distribution and expand into new flavor offerings.
Coro Foods: Cured Meats
Coro brings bold new flavors and modern branding to a sizable category that has been traditionally dominated by legacy brands that lack brand appeal and innovative offerings. Coro has invested heavily in its manufacturing capabilities, enabling the brand to commit to higher safety standards than its peers and making it an attractive asset to potential acquirers.

Female Firepower in NYC
In October, TAG founder Adam Spriggs invited female members of TAG to an open ideation to discuss new ways to invite more women investors into the CPG venture ecosystem. We’re inspired to bring this important mission to life in new ways in the upcoming year.
SKU Pitch Night in Austin
TAG Partner Alyssa Arnold was selected to join the judging panel for CPG accelerator SKU’s Fall Pitch Night. Eight standout brands took the stage to share their stories and ambitious plans to scale. Experiences like this reinforce TAG’s mission to offer founders strategic support as they tackle challenges, refine go-to-market strategies, and strive for operational efficiencies.
Miami Member Dinner
TAG welcomed local members from the Miami area to share in a private dinner experience to connect fellow CPG industry professionals and strategic angels. We kicked the night off with a casual cocktail hour, followed by a three-course meal prepared by a local chef. As our community continues to grow, we plan to host similar opportunities for our members in cities like San Francisco, Austin, and New York City!

TAG HQ at Expo West 2026
After witnessing the incredible energy and foot traffic surrounding TAG’s inaugural trade show booth at Newtopia, we have decided to expand upon this experience at this year’s upcoming Expo West in March! The TAG community will be welcome to come by and try new products sampled by our portfolio brands, connect with fellow members, and utilize our 20x40 booth space as a personal home base during CPG’s annual “Super Bowl” in Anaheim. In addition to our booth, members and industry friends will be invited to our 2nd annual pre-Expo House Party on Monday, March 2nd. Mark your calendars, more details to come!
Bubble Signals Sale
It has been reported that Gen-Z skincare brand Bubble hired Centerview Partners to explore a potential sale. In just five years, Bubble has seen explosive growth across DTC and retail channels globally, exceeding annual sales of $100mm.
Stone & Skillet Debuts at Publix
Stone & Skillet’s artisan English muffins are now available in all 1,400 Publix stores throughout the Southeast. S&S hit the road to support this major expansion, hosting pop-up events and visiting the top 25 stores to rally awareness & trial. Co-founder Cam Meekins also reported that in September, S&S achieved their highest grossing sales month to date. You can find S&S in the bakery section of Whole Foods, Publix, Meijer, and more.
Coyotas Goes National at Sprouts
Coyotas, the organic tortilla brand revered for its clean and simple ingredients, secured national distribution at Sprouts. After building a fanatical base of consumers online and in their home market of California, Coyotas’ expansion showcases retailer confidence in the brand’s ability to fill a key gap in this massive category.
Doughlicious Lands Kroger
Doughlicious has secured national distribution with Kroger, marking another major step in the brand’s rapid U.S. expansion. Their cookie dough & gelato bites continue to gain strong traction across both natural and conventional channels as consumer interest in frozen novelties accelerates.
